Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping:
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Available for orders over $50
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship globally, excluding Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. Please review the conditions and process below to ensure a smooth return experience.

Return Conditions

  • Item must be in original condition and packaging
  • Unused, undamaged, and including all original tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Must include original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or show signs of use
  • LED Bulbs and Lighting removed from original packaging
  • Air Conditioning parts with installation attempts
  • Custom or special order items
  • Opened fuse/switch/electrical components

Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Submit Return Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order using the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization: We will review your request and issue a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories.
  4. Include Documentation: Print and include the RMA form inside your return package.
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA).
  6. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive the returned item.

Refund Information

  • Refund Time: 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

To exchange an eligible item:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Clearly state the item you wish to exchange for
  • We will ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost
