Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your order. This gives you ample time to inspect your RV parts and ensure they meet your needs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In original condition and packaging
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Including all original tags, manuals, and accessories
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Electrical components that have been installed or show signs of use
  • LED Bulbs and Lighting that have been removed from original packaging
  • Air Conditioning parts that show installation attempts
  • Custom or special order items
  • Opened fuse/switch/electrical components

Return Process – Step by Step

  1. Submit Return Request: Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below
  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories
  4. Include Documentation: Print and include the RMA form with your return
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided with your RMA)
  6. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved:

  • Refund Time: 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost
