How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping
• Processing: 1-2 business days
• Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after shipment (DHL/FedEx)
• Free Shipping: 15-25 days after shipment (EMS)
Most customers receive Standard Shipping orders within 12-17 days total.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two main shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx with full tracking
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 with basic tracking
I need a part urgently for my upcoming trip. What should I do?
Choose Standard Shipping for time-sensitive needs. For extremely urgent requirements, contact us directly after ordering at [email protected] – we’ll do our best to expedite processing when possible.
Where do you ship?
We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote locations. If you’re unsure about delivery to your area, please contact our customer service team before ordering.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
Yes, we can ship to both PO boxes and military addresses using our standard shipping methods.
Will I be charged customs fees or import duties?
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply in their country. These are not included in our shipping charges.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Standard Shipping with DHL/FedEx, you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping with EMS, basic tracking is available.
