All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Albuquerque. We work diligently to verify your order accuracy and prepare it for shipment as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor your package’s journey right to your doorstep. For Standard Shipping with DHL/FedEx, you’ll get detailed tracking updates. For Free Shipping with EMS, basic tracking is available.

Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: 15 days from receipt of delivery
• Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
